Having strong skills in research, UX and service design across a breadth of discovery and build projects from both ustwo and previous agency life. With my main focus areas being in Health (mental health, fertility, parenting, chronic kidney disease), Retail (fashion, e-commerce and telecoms) and FinTech (small business banking).

Building and designing a digital app that takes the stress out of parking in central London by letting the user pre-select a parking destination, navigating them to it and if the spaces are all taken, it shows you nearby alternatives as you arrive. It also helps the user better understand different boroughs’ various and complicated parking rules and connects to third party payment providers.
